These are KVM based vps using SolusVM panel, we might switch to Proxmox at some point.
VPS Budget are VPS provisionned on a host with local storage.
Cloud VPS are provisionned on a cluster of hosts with shared storage.
Cloud VPS have better data security due to the shared storage which has backups every 4 hours to a distant location.
If you have to run professional or critical services we recommend using a Cloud VPS or build a distributed and redundant application on multiple Cheap VPSs
From the SolusVM console you can start / stop /restart the server and reinstall from one of our images or upload your own iso.
You also get out of band VNC access alowing you to reinstall the server or recover from network / firewall misconfiguration.
All our Cheap VPS are currently available from BRU1 Datacenter in Zaventem Belgium. They will soon be available from BRU3 and and LIL01 in France
We are using Digital Reality Iso27001 certified datacenters.
Cheap VPS do not have the same level of data security as Cloud VPS.
Cheap VPS store the data on a RAID1 array of nvme datacenter SSD's. Thers is no backup from our side, you have to plan and maintain your own backup procedure.

Host server is connected to the internet at 10Gbps with a 8Gbps rate limit. Each VPS has up to 1Gbps shared with all other on the host
Thers is a maximum of 200 Cheap VPS on one server.
