Is port 25 open?

Yes, the port 25 is open but our filter limits each server to 5 outgoing smtp connections per minute. In case of abuse (spam, fishing, virus, impersonation, ...) the port 25 will be closed on all of your servers.

Which virtualization platform do you use?

We use Proxmox on our hypervisors, Cloudinit for deployment, and OPNsense for LAN routing between datacenters.

What is the difference between VPS and Cloud VPS? Why is it cheaper?

VPS and Cloud VPS offer the same capabilities, but the platforms differ. VPS runs on a single server, Cloud VPS runs on a cluster with redundancy.

On VPS, port 25 is closed. Cloud VPS has shared storage and high availability.

We recommend Cloud VPS for professional use or redundant setups. Always implement a backup strategy.

Do you provide console access and the ability to reinstall/reboot the virtual server?

VNC console access, start/stop/reboot server, mount ISO, full reinstallation available via client interface.

What operating systems are supported? Can I install my own OS?

Distributions available with one click: Almalinux, Rocky, Fedora, Ubuntu, Debian, Alpine, Archlinux.

Custom ISO images can also be used for manual installation.

Where are the servers located?

Servers are in Brussels BRU3, Belgium. Lille and Villers-le-Bouillet coming soon. Data center by Interxion / Digital Realty.
